Divine FM India respects your privacy. At present, divinefm.in is primarily an information website and a way to access our online radio stream.
Information we may receive
If you email us, we may receive your name, email address and the information you choose to include. Our hosting and service providers may process limited technical data—such as IP address, browser type, device details and server logs—for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, operate and secure the site, improve the listening experience and comply with applicable law. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar technology
The current website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or account-tracking cookies. Essential technical cookies may be used by browsers, hosting, security or third-party services. If analytics, advertising, accounts or payment services are added, an appropriate notice and choice mechanism will be added before launch.
Third-party services and your rights
Streaming, email, fonts, hosting and external links may involve independent providers whose own policies apply. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent to us, subject to lawful retention needs.

By using Divine FM India, you agree to use the website lawfully and respectfully.
- The website and radio stream are provided on an “as available” basis and may change, pause or be withdrawn without notice.
- You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, misuse its services, or use it for unlawful activity.
- External links are provided for convenience. Divine FM India does not control or endorse every external website or service.
- Listening may use mobile data or internet bandwidth under your own service plan.
- We may update these terms as the website, radio service or app features change.

Copyright & Takedown
Unless otherwise stated, the Divine FM India name, logo, website design, original text and original creative material are owned by Divine FM India / JC Media House. They may not be copied, republished, edited, sold or reused without permission.
Reporting a concern
If you believe material on divinefm.in infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email us with: your name and contact details; the exact material and web address; the rights you claim; supporting information; and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised.
Our response
We will review credible notices promptly. Where appropriate, we may remove, disable or restrict the material while reviewing the concern. Deliberately false or abusive notices may be rejected.

Music & Media Use
Music, videos, artwork, recordings and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. Divine FM India aims to use content only where it has permission, an appropriate licence, a valid platform/service right, or another lawful basis.
Important clarification
Downloading content from YouTube or another platform does not by itself grant permission to rebroadcast, upload or use that content. Permission or licensing must be confirmed separately before public use.
Listener-facing stream
Our radio stream may contain content supplied through our station systems, creators, labels, ministries or authorised sources. We will act responsibly when a rights holder raises a verified concern.
Creator submissions
Anyone sending music, artwork, voice content or media to Divine FM confirms they own the rights or have authority to submit it, and grants us only the permissions clearly agreed for review or broadcast.
SUPPORT FEATURES
Support & Payments
Divine FM India may later provide ways for listeners to support the station through approved payment gateways, UPI or other secure methods. Payment availability will be clearly stated before any contribution is accepted.
Before contributing
Supporters must confirm the amount, selected method and purpose before completing payment. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, OTP or banking password.
UPI screenshots and receipts
If a UPI payment confirmation upload is introduced, the screenshot will be used only to verify the claimed support and issue a receipt when requested. Uploading a screenshot does not itself guarantee payment verification; our team must confirm it.
Refunds and records
Any refund, receipt and cancellation rules will be displayed with the payment method before launch. Gateway transactions may also be governed by that provider’s own terms. This page will be updated before support payments go live.
No payment gateway or UPI screenshot workflow is live through this website yet.
FUTURE APP FEATURES
App & Community Rules
The future Divine FM app may include accounts, games, quizzes, challenges, leaderboards, requests and community features. These rules will apply whenever those features are available.
- Users must provide accurate registration details and protect their account credentials.
- Cheating, impersonation, abusive language, harassment, hate speech, spam, manipulation of scores or attempts to bypass game rules are not allowed.
- We may moderate, remove content, reset scores, restrict access or suspend accounts that violate these rules or threaten the community.
- Leaderboard positions, prizes and eligibility may be changed or withdrawn if technical errors, cheating or rule breaches are discovered.
- User submissions, comments and requests must not violate another person’s rights or privacy.
These app/community provisions take effect only when the relevant feature is launched.
SAFETY FIRST
Children & Safety
Divine FM aims to provide a positive and respectful listening environment. Parents and guardians should supervise minors using online accounts, games, chats, payment features or external links.
Future accounts for minors
Before any child-focused login, profile, chat or competition feature is launched, we will apply age-appropriate settings, consent processes where required, moderation and a specific child-safety notice.
Reporting safety concerns
Do not use public comments to report a safety concern. Email us directly with enough detail to review it responsibly. If there is an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services first.
